Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any programme, corporate training, or advisory engagement with Tranformx Global Business Academy (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/356985/07), trading as TranformX Global Business Academy ("TranformX", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site, submitting an enquiry, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

TranformX provides:

• Open executive education programmes across leadership, governance, ESG, risk, finance, legal, audit, HR, and related disciplines.
• Customised in-house corporate training and capability-building programmes.
• Advisory services in governance, ESG, sustainability, and related areas.
• Accredited assessment and competency evaluation, where specified.

Because most programmes are scoped to a specific organisation or cohort, the exact content, dates, delivery mode, and fee for your engagement are confirmed directly with you or your organisation before payment, either by email or in a written proposal.

2. Enrolment, fees, and payment

• Fees are quoted and agreed with your TranformX contact before you're asked to pay. The Make a Payment page is used to collect the amount already agreed — it is not a public price list.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We accept card and bank transfer payments in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• A payment is only confirmed once Paystack has verified it and we have sent you written confirmation. Do not rely on your bank or card statement alone as proof of a confirmed booking.
• Corporate and in-house engagements may be invoiced directly under separate payment terms agreed in the signed proposal or contract, which take priority over this page in the event of a conflict.

3. Delivery and scheduling timeline

• For individually paid programmes, we confirm your programme dates, delivery mode (in-person, virtual, or blended), and joining instructions by email within 3 business days of your payment being confirmed.
• For corporate and in-house engagements, delivery dates and milestones are set out in the signed proposal and confirmed once the engagement is contracted.
• If we're unable to meet an agreed delivery date, we'll contact you as soon as we become aware of it to reschedule or offer a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancelling or rescheduling an enrolment, and the refunds that apply, are covered in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, frameworks, slides, and content we provide remain the intellectual property of TranformX or our facilitators, licensed to you solely for your own learning or your organisation's internal use. Materials may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed outside your organisation without our written permission.

6. Code of conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme, without refund, for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or breaches confidentiality of case material shared by other participants or organisations.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our programmes are designed to build practical skill and judgment, but we do not guarantee specific business, career, or financial outcomes. Content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TranformX's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties; if unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date shown at the top of this page and do not affect an engagement already confirmed under earlier Terms.
