Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you're entitled to a refund for a payment made to Tranformx Global Business Academy (Pty) Ltd, trading as TranformX Global Business Academy, for an open programme, corporate/in-house engagement, or advisory service. It applies to payments made through the Make a Payment page and to invoiced corporate fees, unless a signed proposal states different terms.
1. Refund schedule
Refunds are calculated from the date you request the refund to the confirmed programme start date (or, for corporate engagements, the confirmed delivery start date):
- 14 or more days before the start date: full refund (100%).
- Between 48 hours and 14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
- Within 48 hours of the start date, or after the programme has started: no refund.

2. If TranformX cancels or postpones
If we cancel or postpone a programme or engagement — for example due to low enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances — you'll receive, at your choice, a full refund (100%) or a place on the next available date at no extra cost. This is the one case where the schedule in section 1 does not apply.
3. Non-refundable items
- Any portion of a programme already delivered or attended.
- Certificates already issued.
- Materials already accessed or downloaded, where the fee was specifically for that material.
- Any third-party costs you've separately incurred (e.g. your own travel or accommodation).
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, the payment date, and the reason for your request. We'll confirm whether you qualify for a full, partial, or no refund under section 1, and the amount, within 3 business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paystack. Card refunds typically reflect on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank; bank transfer refunds are paid to the account the original payment came from.
