Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you or Tranformx Global Business Academy (Pty) Ltd, trading as TranformX Global Business Academy, can cancel or reschedule a confirmed programme, corporate/in-house engagement, or advisory booking. For what you get back financially when you cancel, see our Refund Policy — the two policies use the same notice periods.

1. Cancelling your enrolment

To cancel, email [email protected] stating your name and payment date. Your cancellation takes effect from the date we receive that email, and the refund you're entitled to follows the schedule in our Refund Policy:

• 14+ days before the start date: cancel free of charge, full refund.
• 48 hours to 14 days before the start date: you can still cancel; a 50% cancellation charge applies.
• Within 48 hours of the start date, or after it has started: treated as a no-show — no refund.

2. Rescheduling instead of cancelling

If your plans change but you still want to attend, ask us about moving to a different date instead of cancelling:

• 14+ days before the start date: reschedule once at no charge.
• Within 14 days of the start date: we'll try to accommodate a reschedule, but it's treated as a cancellation-and-rebooking under section 1 (the 50% charge applies) unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. No-shows

If you don't attend a programme you've enrolled in and haven't told us in advance, it's treated the same as a cancellation within 48 hours of the start date: no refund, and no automatic transfer to a future date.

4. Corporate and in-house engagements

For engagements delivered under a signed proposal or contract, the cancellation and notice terms in that document apply first. Where the proposal is silent on cancellation, the notice periods in section 1 apply, calculated against the confirmed delivery start date.

5. If we need to cancel or reschedule

Occasionally we may need to cancel or postpone a programme — for example due to low enrolment, a facilitator becoming unavailable, or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we'll notify you as early as possible and offer you a full refund or a place on the next available date, at your choice, at no extra cost.
